What you will do

• Lead design and UX strategy for hirify.global’s core product experience (the feed).
• Use qualitative and quantitative research to inform and validate design decisions.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to improve feed engagement and retention.
• Advocate for a user-first approach and support measurable business goals.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring UI consistency and efficiency.
• Influence product and business decisions through effective communication and data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX design or product design with a strong portfolio.
• Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and usability.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems.
• Ability to lead design strategy and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience conducting A/B tests and working with analytics tools.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools to build working prototypes and validate ideas.
• Experience working on engagement-driven social media products.
• Background in UX research.
