What you will do

• Build positive and collaborative relationships with product, engineering, and research teams to explore, build, and ship work.
• Develop deep expertise across multiple product problem areas and quickly prototype solutions.
• Talk to users, understand their problems, and design simple, elegant experiences.
• Validate product ideas through experimental design and research approaches.
• Help junior designers develop empathy for users and advocate for user needs in product strategy.
• Help build, evolve, and maintain team assets, component libraries, and design systems.

Requirements

• Experience designing a modern SaaS or enterprise platform with an outstanding portfolio.
• Expert knowledge and experience with driving and applying the end-to-end iterative design process.
• Passion for solving core product problems while balancing all facets of a user experience.
• Experience collaborating with other designers to build a cohesive product.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to help the team and stakeholders understand design rationale.
• Experience in building and evolving design systems, tokens, components, and usage patterns.
