Compensation: $195,000–$235,000 OTE annually

What you will do

• Build and scale hirify.global’s AI builder community from scratch.
• Launch and operate core community programs: meetups, workshops, and hackathons.
• Create and grow a group of builder leaders and ambassadors.
• Turn community activity into real outcomes, including product usage, demos, and success stories.
• Act as the internal voice of builders, providing feedback and opportunities to Product and DevRel teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Developer Relations.
• Proven track record of building or scaling a developer or technical community.
• Comfortable with hands-on and scrappy execution in early stages.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.
