What you will do

• Lead hirify.global Server hardening programs to strengthen the security posture of hirify.global Server and related components.
• Translate security and product goals into clear roadmaps, milestones, and success measures.
• Drive cross-team execution by partnering with Product Security engineers and Server engineering teams.
• Coordinate work across teams to ensure projects land on time and with high quality.
• Define and maintain metrics, dashboards, and status updates to describe the state of Server hardening, key risks, and next steps.
• Support secure development practices by integrating security considerations into design reviews, release planning, and validation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience running technical programs in software engineering organizations, including time spent in security, infrastructure, or platform teams.
• Experience in at least one area: product or application security, infrastructure or platform engineering, or large-scale backend or database systems.
• Partner effectively with engineers, managers, and product leaders to turn high-level goals into clear plans.
• Comfortable in technical discussions about system-level software, performance, reliability, and security risks.
• Highly organized and pragmatic, fluent with tools like Jira, spreadsheets, and documents.
• Communicate clearly with concise updates.
