What you will do

• Lead and scale high-performing teams, driving technical excellence.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of brokerage components and tooling.
• Partner with Product, Growth, Customer Success, and other engineering teams to define project scope and execute on a roadmap.
• Establish and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, security, and documentation.
• Lead resource planning, budget allocation, and project prioritization.
• Play a key role in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding world-class engineers.

Requirements

• You have 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a management role, leading global, distributed, and multi-layered engineering organizations.
• You have successfully built and delivered enterprise-grade B2B and B2C products.
• You have deep expertise in developing high-performance, highly available brokerage solutions with tier-1 SLAs, including 99.999% uptime.
• You have a strong track record of developing and scaling top engineering talent, mentoring engineering managers, staff engineers, and senior engineers to achieve their highest potential.
• You excel at working across teams—partnering closely with Product, Growth, Customer Success, and Business Development—to ensure engineering solutions meet the rigorous demands of the world's top broker-dealers.
• You understand the strategic, regulatory, and business landscape of financial services and can drive key initiatives that balance technical excellence with business impact.
