• Be accountable for the delivery and personal development of your team.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience managing software engineers.
• Experience managing teams of 8-10 software engineers.
• Technical background in software engineering, with hands-on IC experience.
• Proven ability to build an effective work culture that improves the working lives of the team.
• Experience managing larger teams, building processes and systems of delegation.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
