What you will do

• Build and design new features for hirify.global Atlas.
• Lead complex technical projects and contribute to the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to resolve issues and improve offerings.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for production systems.
• Develop codebase, best practices, and design principles within the team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in writing large-scale, distributed backend systems in a compiled language (e.g., Go, Java, C#).
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience leading the launch and maintenance of new modules in production.
• Excellent communication skills.
