Salary: GBP 72,000–90,000

• Actively influence the roadmap and your own career objectives.

Requirements

• Good communication and time management skills are a must for fully remote collaboration.
• Experience with at least one programming language (Go, Python, C, C++, Rust or similar).
• Experience delivering projects as part of a larger team, from requirements gathering to shipping features.
• Experience developing software in the Cloud or with systems engineering.
• Experience with being on-call and following the DevOps model.
• Ability to write clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained.
• Familiarity with observability systems, including when to use metrics, logs, and traces for debugging.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Kubernetes.
• Experience working with queue systems, e.g., the Kafka protocol.
• Previous experience as a user of Grafana and Prometheus in operational or hobby roles.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code.
