What you will do

• Manage post-production workflows for moving image, print, OOH, social, and digital content.
• Oversee localisation and adaptation of mastered assets for global audiences.
• Ensure content quality and timely delivery within budget across various platforms.
• Liaise effectively with partner agencies, colleagues, and clients.
• Provide a producer's knowledge to the post-production process.
• Interpret QC reports and brief production partners on technical and creative quality control.

Requirements

• Experience working on international accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrable experience with marketing and production implementation processes across key channels (TV, social, print, digital).
• Understanding of production, creative development, content production, and post-production workflows (editing, output across platforms like broadcast to social media).
• Experience with live action, CGI, 3D, and 4K workflows.
• Ability to manage small projects and deliver on time and within budget.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Monday.com, JIRA, Smartsheet).
• Some weekend and overnight work will be required throughout the year.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
