Senior Frontend Engineer (React): Building and optimizing the visual face of hirify.global's platform, website, and internal tools with an accent on enhancing and evolving frontend architecture. Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in-person), requiring candidates to be based within commuting distance of one of hirify.global's global hubs (e.g., London, Boston). Relocation assistance from anywhere in the world is available for certain roles.

What you will do

• Maintain, develop, and introduce innovative features within the product suite for customers and internal teams.
• Foster efficient collaboration with distributed and multidisciplinary teams.
• Partner with the product team to design and refine the Front End, producing precise specifications and technical designs.
• Aid in the advancement of infrastructure by providing relevant insights and maintaining documentation.
• Propose and implement enhancements to refine the existing software infrastructure.
• Cultivate a nurturing environment by mentoring junior and mid-level engineers in the frontend development process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a FrontEnd Engineer with expertise in React.
• Demonstrable experience in writing and supporting automated tests.
• Proficiency related to delivery, deployment, performance, and optimisation of client solutions via AWS.
• Excellent command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of core web and browser concepts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of semantic HTML, CSS, and fundamental JavaScript concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Django.
• Domain knowledge in business travel.
• Familiarity with module bundlers and compilers and understanding how they work.
• Understanding different testing strategies for frontend applications and best practices.
