What you will do

• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and engineers to create impactful introductory web experiences.
• Work with and improve marketing site tools like CMS, design system, i18n process, SEO/AEO, and A/B testing.
• Continuously think about how to improve design quality, fit & finish, and team velocity.

Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining high-traffic web experiences for marketing.
• Genuine interest in collaborating with marketing and brand design.
• Strong coding fundamentals, and some experience working across the stack.
• Knowledgeable about web design and UI patterns at scale.
• Passion for prototyping, experimentation, and creating accessible experiences.
• 8+ years of industry experience with 4+ years in design/marketing engineering.
