What you will do

• Build new features from UX to database for accommodation and bundled travel experiences within HTS Stays & Packages team.
• Architect scalable front-end solutions that enable efficient launch of new partner portals.
• Collaborate directly with Product Managers and business partners to define and refine the product roadmap.
• Drive decisions and achieve consensus asynchronously through thoughtful documentation.
• Give and receive cross-functional feedback to foster growth within diverse teams.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in React, including modern compiler-driven patterns like functional components, hooks, server-side rendering, and advanced state management.
• Proficiency in TypeScript for developing and maintaining enterprise-scale applications.
• Advanced CSS knowledge, including Tailwind, SCSS, CSS-in-JS, and handling browser quirks.
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture fundamentals: performance, accessibility, responsive design, and maintainability.
• Experience optimizing frontend performance through lazy loading, code-splitting, and caching strategies.
• Experience working on complex product flows in e-commerce, travel, marketplace, or fintech applications.
• Ability to balance shipping product features with long-term platform thinking in multi-brand environments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with contemporary frontend tooling (e.g., React Query/TanStack ecosystem, Vite, monorepos like Turbo or Nx).
• Familiarity with SSR and static site generation (e.g., Next.js) for SEO-friendly experiences.
• Comfort with collaborating across API design, backend systems, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS).
