What you will do

• Test complex client-server/cloud applications related to RMM (agents, policies, alerts, remote actions, patching, reporting).
• Analyze feature requirements, verify product functionality, and proactively identify gaps, risks, and missing scenarios.
• Develop and execute manual test plans covering functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios.
• Build and maintain test environments including deploying endpoints and simulating customer setups.
• Perform deep troubleshooting, analyzing logs, telemetry, and network behavior.
• Collaborate with development teams, architects, and product owners to refine requirements and improve quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer with senior-level impact.
• Strong knowledge of QA principles, methodologies, test design, and defect lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of client-server architectures and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of REST/JSON APIs, authentication/authorization, and tools like Postman/curl.
• Proficiency with Windows OS administration and troubleshooting, including Windows internals.
• Working knowledge of at least one of Linux/macOS.
• Strong problem-solving skills across application, OS, networking, and cloud components.
• Experience creating high-quality test cases, reports, and documentation.
• Practical experience using AI tools and/or AI agents to improve QA throughput and quality, with validation and data protection habits.
• Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience with RMM / endpoint management / patch management / remote access products or MSP environments.
• Experience with containers (Docker).
• Knowledge of observability tooling and performance testing basics.
