What you will do

• Manage a product roadmap across various business objectives and distribution channels, ensuring timely execution of high-impact items.
• Leverage AI to improve customer experience and internal processes for successful implementation.
• Collaborate closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to build trusted relationships.
• Rapidly test sound hypotheses through new merchandising experiments to increase revenue.
• Launch new partnerships end-to-end, from sales pitch to design, development, customer service, and optimization.
• Work with back-end and front-end engineers, designers, legal, and customer service to launch innovative features.

Requirements

• B2B and B2C experience.
• A track record of delivering impactful and delightful features at scale.
• Experience incorporating AI into products or processes to achieve business outcomes.
• Strong experience, knowledge of, or keen interest in Fintech, Insurtech, or risk-based products.
• An innovative and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Technical depth that allows effective communication with engineers and data scientists.
