What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development activities for Temenos Transact (T24) across multiple modules.
• Design, develop, and enhance Temenos solutions using T24 Core & Wealth modules, TAFJ, jBASE, InfoBasic, and Java.
• Translate functional specifications into detailed technical specifications and high-quality code.
• Develop and maintain core banking interfaces, COB routines, enquiries, versions, reports, and local developments.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and support testing and deployments.

Requirements

• 9+ years of strong hands-on experience in Temenos Transact (T24) development.
• Expertise in TAFJ, Java, jBASE, InfoBasic, Temenos design studio, and browser technologies.
• Strong understanding of core banking processes, product lifecycle events, and EOD/COB processing.
• Experience across key Transact modules such as AA (Arrangement Architecture), Funds Transfer, Customer, Accounts/Deposits/Lending.
• Deep knowledge of OFS messaging, Web services/APIs/REST integrations, and extensibility frameworks.
• Experience with upgrades, IRIS, TAFJ performance tuning, and COB optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with business, functional, and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• TCIB/TCC integration.
• Experience in Wealth or other specialized modules (advantage).
