Salary: $113,300 - $241,800 USD

What you will do

• Break down customer problems into executable solutions.
• Independently complete tasks with high quality from start to finish.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Produce designs for new and existing features.
• Mentor and coach others on the agile team.
• Deliver new components and features with high quality and reliability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing enterprise-grade software with understanding of testing and quality assurance processes.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in system-level development using modern operating systems and tools.
• Deep understanding of operating system internals, including kernel architecture, memory management, and process scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of POSIX systems programming and Unix/Linux fundamentals.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts with others in the organization (Technical Communication, Support, Product and Cloud).
• 2-year / Associates degree (required).

Nice to have

• Experience with native development toolchains and debugging tools.
• Experience with system profiling, performance analysis, and crash dump analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Understanding of build systems such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Apple platform experience.
• 4-year / Bachelor's Degree.
