Location: Redmond, United States. Must work from the office at least four days per week if living within a 50-mile commute.

Salary: $119,800 – $234,700 per year

What you will do

• Design scalable algorithms for ads selection, generation, and relevance to improve user and advertiser experiences.
• Build robust data pipelines and frameworks for handling large-scale, high-dimensional datasets.
• Drive experimentation through A/B testing and offline validation to refine user behavior predictions.
• Develop and deploy cutting-edge models, including transformers, generative AI, and reinforcement learning.
• Incorporate the latest AI research advancements to drive innovation across hirify.global platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, CS, or related field with 4+ years of experience (or Master's + 3, PhD + 1).
• Must be based in the US and able to work from the Redmond office at least four days per week.
• Proven expertise in Generative AI, deep learning, Reinforcement learning, transformers, or LLMs.
• 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying large-scale machine learning models.
• Strong programming and data analysis skills.
