What you will do

• Lead the architecture and implementation of next-generation AI agents from concept to production.
• Drive the technical direction and strategy for the AI agent platform to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineering teams to define and deliver impactful solutions.
• Perform complex code and system design reviews, providing constructive technical feedback.
• Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural challenges.
• Integrate latest advancements in AI and machine learning into the existing technology stack.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to report to Mountain View, CA for a hybrid work schedule.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with large-scale distributed systems or AI/ML infrastructure.
• Expert proficiency in Python, C++, Java, or Kotlin.
• Extensive experience deploying production-grade AI/ML models or intelligent agents.
• Proven technical leadership and experience mentoring cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to have

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a quantitative field.
• Expertise in Reinforcement Learning, Multi-Agent Systems, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Android development for high-performance applications.
• Contributions to open-source projects or relevant academic publications.
