What you will do

• Ensure regulatory compliance with IT and InfoSec requirements.
• Proactively monitor application and technology infrastructure for outages, malfunctioning, and SLA breaches.
• Coordinate evidence gathering to fulfill audit requirements and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Represent the local Technology team, providing input to wider program teams.
• Identify dependencies, potential impact, and risks, ensuring satisfactory analysis and management.
• Maintain and create new dashboards to track metrics and visualize insights.
• Manage support tools for internal teams and handle the inventory and lifecycle of all technology assets.
• Drive the local technology and InfoSec architecture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in tech risk, operational resilience, IT governance, tech architecture, or InfoSec within financial services, fintech, or consultancy.
• Experience working in regulated environments, including interacting with regulators, auditors, or supervisory bodies.
• Knowledge of technology and InfoSec controls across infrastructure, applications, data, security, and third-party services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Broad understanding of modern technology stack and InfoSec solutions.
• Fluency in English (C1 equivalent).
