What you will do

• Ensure regulatory compliance with IT & InfoSec requirements.
• Proactively monitor application, technology, and InfoSec infrastructures to identify outages and breaches.
• Coordinate evidence gathering for audit requirements.
• Represent the local Technology team and provide input to wider program teams.
• Prepare reports and update stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies, potential impacts, and risks, escalating them as needed.
• Drive the local technology and InfoSec architecture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in tech risk, operational resilience, IT governance, tech architecture, or InfoSec within financial services, fintech, or consultancy.
• Experience working in regulated environments, interacting with regulators or auditors.
• Knowledge of technology and InfoSec controls across infrastructure, applications, data, security, and third-party services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills.
• Broad understanding of modern technology stack and InfoSec solutions.
• Great problem-solving and decision-making skills to analyze complex information.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in English.
