What you will do

• Lead workshops to improve collaboration and discover high-impact use cases with hirify.global.
• Assess team workflows and provide recommendations to enhance productivity and alignment.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to connect hirify.global’s value with organizational goals.
• Guide teams through change initiatives that support tool adoption and scalable governance models.
• Develop simple prototypes to demonstrate possibilities and inspire innovation.
• Coach teams on Agile ways of working and help integrate Agile principles into daily practices.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, change management, Agile, or similar fields.
• Hands-on experience working with enterprise teams or fast-moving environments.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to run engaging, outcome-driven workshops.
• Proven ability to help organizations adopt new tools or improve collaboration practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and platforms such as hirify.global or similar tools.
