What you will do

• Monitor and improve the availability, performance, and security of production services.
• Apply prevention steps to improve production services reliability.
• Mitigate issues on production systems and build automated solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Enhance the monitoring system to improve service reliability and provide other teams with dashboards.
• Automate common, repeatable tasks using Ansible and scripting languages.
• Triage and manage escalation of cases, and perform structured troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience focused on site reliability, DevOps Engineering, system administration, or application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux/Unix and Windows OS.
• Experience with network architecture and security configurations.
• Hands-on experience with scripting technologies such as Python, Ruby, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with automation/configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Hands-on experience with IAC (Infrastructure as Code) such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Ability to think like an attacker and demonstrate strong computer literacy.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
