Technical Product Manager (Fintech): Driving the development and optimization of inbound/outbound sales tooling and processes for banking and treasury products with an accent on CRM logic, segmentation, automation, and performance tracking. What you will do
- Own discovery and formalization of business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Partner with Sales teams to optimize outbound flows, CRM logic, segmentation, automation, KPIs, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and measurable success criteria.
- Act as a bridge between business and engineering, ensuring alignment between commercial needs and technical implementation.
- Design and validate system logic, integrations, and product configurations related to banking and treasury offerings.
- Drive post-launch monitoring, iteration, and continuous improvement using product metrics and analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Technical Product Manager.
- Experience in financial services, digital banking, investment companies, or treasury products is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SQL or Python.
- Ability to read, create, and interpret UML diagrams (sequence diagrams in particular).
- Solid understanding of system design and integrations.
- Advanced English and Russian proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Experience working with AI-powered tools (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to enhance analysis, documentation, prototyping, or technical validation.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Hands-on experience with Amplitude is a plus.
- German as a plus.
