What you will do
- Coordinate payroll processes for 170+ employees across 8 countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
- Perform payroll administration, including setting up new starters, filing, updating, and maintaining payroll records.
- Review Payroll Accounting reports, assign proper accounts, and maintain payroll system accounting configuration.
- Support the Accounting team with month/quarter-end reconciliations and prepare ad hoc reports.
- Manage annual benefit returns (P11D, P45, P60s), tax deductions, remittances, and compliance filings.
- Handle day-to-day payroll functions, terminations, bonuses, healthcare premium deductions, ESPP, and stock vests.
- Initiate and lead the automation of existing payroll processes and SLAs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred and/or a minimum of 4+ years of payroll experience.
- Knowledge of payroll systems like ADP Streamline and Workday HRIS (preferred).
- Experience managing multiple company codes and foreign currency payrolls.
- Knowledge of international tax laws, employment status, benefits, and statutory requirements.
- Proficient skills in Excel and Google Suite cloud applications.
- Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
