TL;DR

Payroll Specialist (AdTech): Managing end-to-end payroll processes and pension administration for EMEA and Brazil with an accent on compliance, multi-currency payroll accounting, and system reconciliation. Focus on maintaining internal controls, optimizing payroll workflows through automation, and ensuring accurate reporting across multiple legal jurisdictions.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days/week on-site)

What you will do

  • Coordinate end-to-end payroll processes for 170+ employees across 8 countries.
  • Support the accounting team with month-end reconciliations and general ledger interfaces.
  • Manage tax deductions, compliance filings, and annual benefit returns like P11D and P60.
  • Ensure legal compliance with local and international tax laws and employment regulations.
  • Lead the automation of existing payroll processes and service level agreements.
  • Provide exceptional support to employees regarding payroll and pension queries.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of dedicated payroll experience.
  • Must be based in London or able to work on-site 3 days a week.
  • Proficiency in international tax laws, benefits, and statutory requirements.
  • Experience managing multiple company codes and foreign currency payrolls.
  • Strong expertise in Excel and Google Suite.
  • Knowledge of ADP Streamline or Workday HRIS is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Experience with Teamseer vacation tracking system.
