Senior Corporate Development Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Corporate Development Analyst: Evaluating investment opportunities, building business plans, and supporting all aspects of M&A and due diligence processes with an accent on financial modelling, valuations, and coordinating complex transactions. Focus on processing inbound opportunities, writing management reports, and engaging with advisors and investors.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in London, United Kingdom. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process.

What you will do

• Process and review inbound opportunities.
• Work with business teams to build and model business cases.
• Write management reporting.
• Process NDAs with legal and prepare offer letters.
• Coordinate due diligence teams and manage external advisors.
• Conduct valuations and engage in discussions with advisors and investors.

Requirements

• Proven work experience at a private equity firm, investment bank/M&A boutique, or financial Due Diligence practice.
• Extensive experience in financial modelling.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or equivalent (MBA preferred).
• Familiarity with Software / SaaS businesses.
• Proficiency in translating unorganized data into thoughtfully structured analysis.
• Strong analytical abilities and a good understanding of financial statements.
• Advanced English written and verbal communication skills.
• Next level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
