What you will do

• Architect and deploy scalable, modular cloud infrastructure on AWS for hirify.global's next-generation platform.
• Provide underlying infrastructure for forking the Essentials CI/CD tool and integrating it into the hirify.global Robotic Testing (CRT) stack.
• Architect and implement sophisticated AWS Step Functions and serverless workflows for reliable CI/CD and testing processes.
• Enhance delivery speed and reliability by implementing high-performance GitLab pipelines and containerized microservices with Kubernetes.
• Implement comprehensive logging, metrics, and error tracking across AWS and secondary environments (GCP/Azure).
• Design and configure high-performance environments to run hirify.global's internal AI platform and support agentic workflows.
• Lead the adoption and standardization of IaC patterns (Terraform, CloudFormation) for consistency and security.
• Drive measurable gains in system responsiveness and scalability through infrastructure-level optimizations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Architecture, or DevOps.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code for complex, distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in GCP or Azure (ADO) for multi-cloud deployments.
• Advanced experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) for large-scale enterprise applications.
• Deep knowledge of automating cloud management to ensure secure and consistent delivery pipelines.
• Expertise in designing secure VPCs, IAM roles, and ensuring cloud-native security compliance (e.g., FedRAMP).
• Mastery of Git, GitLab pipelines, and automation tools for secure and automated delivery.
