What you will do

• Develop and implement internal IT policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure IT strategies align with business objectives and monitor policy adherence.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate IT and cybersecurity risks across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and key industry frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST).
• Design and deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs.
• Assess and monitor the security posture of third-party vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• English: C1+ proficiency required to perform key responsibilities.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in IT GRC, IT Risk Assessment, or IT Security.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Preferably possess relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or CISM.
