What you will do

• Deliver client engagements as a lead consultant or part of a team.
• Design, implement, and administer complex security architectures and solutions.
• Conduct independent risk assessments and security audits, providing remedies and preventive measures.
• Manage or collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security practices into business processes.
• Create reports or presentations for clients and advise management on high-level security strategies.
• Draft security policies, guidelines, and control frameworks independently, aligning with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute security training and awareness projects for clients.

Requirements

• Proficient in various security areas: network, application, endpoint, and cloud security.
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, authentication, authorization, and vulnerabilities.
• Capability in executing security assessments and knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2, DORA) and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Proficiency with common cybersecurity tools (SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus software).
• Ability to script or program in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and tool development.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and project management skills.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) and fluency in Dutch (verbal and writing).
• Must be willing and able to undergo mandatory pre-employment background checks (BS7858 screening).
