What you will do

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and solve customer concerns.
  • Handle critical situations and unexpected events.
  • Manage incidents and support requests.
  • Communicate with licensees and partners in English, mainly via email.
  • Work in shifts, including weekends (no night shifts).

Requirements

  • Interest in IT and knowledge/experience with IT Services Management (ITIL, Lean IT, DevOps).
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to work effectively in an English-speaking environment.
  • Readiness for routine tasks and adaptability to different situations.
