TL;DR

First Line Support Specialist (Junior) (iGaming): Resolving website-related issues and responding to user inquiries with an accent on professional communication and efficient task handling. Focus on collaborating with internal departments, managing high-volume tickets, and maintaining service continuity.

Location: Must be based in the office in Tbilisi, Georgia (mandatory)

What you will do

  • Respond to user inquiries and requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve website-related issues in collaboration with various internal departments.
  • Use internal tools and workflows to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service performance.
  • Document and escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate teams.
  • Manage a high volume of tasks efficiently while maintaining high communication quality.
  • Follow a rotating schedule of 20 floating shifts per month, alternating between day and evening shifts.

Requirements

  • English: B2+ or higher proficiency, especially strong written communication.
  • Ability to write structured, clear, and professional messages.
  • Location: Must be based in Tbilisi, Georgia (onsite).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliable schedule adherence.
  • Confident computer user with solid knowledge of basic tools and platforms.
  • High attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in Customer Support.
