Location: Must be based in the office in Tbilisi, Georgia (mandatory)

What you will do
- Respond to user inquiries and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve website-related issues in collaboration with various internal departments.
- Use internal tools and workflows to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service performance.
- Document and escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate teams.
- Manage a high volume of tasks efficiently while maintaining high communication quality.
- Follow a rotating schedule of 20 floating shifts per month, alternating between day and evening shifts.
Requirements
- English: B2+ or higher proficiency, especially strong written communication.
- Ability to write structured, clear, and professional messages.
- Location: Must be based in Tbilisi, Georgia (onsite).
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliable schedule adherence.
- Confident computer user with solid knowledge of basic tools and platforms.
- High attention to detail.
