What you will do

• Deliver products and services with high standard of knowledge and quality in the category "Total Rewards and Work & Career Architecture".
• Ensure customers receive products and services according to agreed quality standards and deadlines.
• Take responsibility for the overall progress of the project plan.
• Carry out training courses for customers on the entire product portfolio.
• Expand the organizational database.
• Support and prepare customer trainings in the area of Total Rewards.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Additional training in HR, Reward and Benefits will be considered.
• 3+ years’ experience in consulting or account management, working on product delivery projects.
• Fluent in French and English
• Exposure to Pay & Reward products.
• Experience of managing large volumes of data.
• Develops and manages an internal network of relationships to proactively share experience and learn.
