What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of functions, including Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Sales.
• Define hiring plans, craft outreach strategies, shape interviews, and close deals.
• Implement data-driven talent strategies by measuring pipeline health, funnel conversion, and time-to-hire.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and leadership, providing market insights and driving alignment.
• Contribute to building scalable recruiting infrastructure, processes, interview training, and candidate branding.
• Close key hires across departments that elevate the company.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in high-growth tech, SaaS, or online business environments.
• Proven experience hiring for both technical and business teams, from ICs to senior-level roles.
• Analytical mindset, able to measure and track recruiting metrics effectively.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to drive alignment with senior stakeholders.
• Resourceful and able to build from 0→1, solve problems on the fly, and achieve outcomes.
• Bi-lingual: Fluent in English and German (C1+) and comfortable working with stakeholders in both languages.
