What you will do

• Search for, connect, and negotiate agreements with new payment providers (PSPs, acquirers, alternative payment methods).
• Conduct market analysis of payment solutions and competitor activities to understand product strengths and weaknesses.
• Provide full support for payment providers, including regular interaction, prompt incident resolution, and SLA monitoring.
• Control daily balances, commissions, settlements, and conversion of incoming and outgoing transactions.
• Analyze payment indicators (approvals, rejections, chargebacks) and optimize processes with Risk, Tech, and Product departments.
• Organize and support the integration of payment solutions, including technical documentation review and pre-launch testing.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Russian speaker, with professional working proficiency in English.
• 3+ years of experience in payments, account management, business development, or operational support in the high-risk iGaming segment.
• Deep understanding of the specifics of the payment industry: PSP, APM, cross-border, and local payment methods.
• Skills in financial accounting/accounting for payment providers.
• Ability to work in multitasking mode, balancing development, analytics, partnership, and operational control.
• Experience in communicating with foreign payment providers, understanding their requirements and business models.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, and basic BI tools.
