Salary: $165,000–$205,000 OTE

What you will do

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with key accelerators, universities, developer communities, and research organizations globally.
• Design and execute scalable, community-driven initiatives that attract, support, and retain high-growth AI startups.
• Plan and execute founder meetups, technical workshops, hackathons, and summits that showcase hirify.global’ commitment to supporting the AI startup community.
• Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to identify, engage, and convert high-potential startups into long-term hirify.global users.
• Develop and maintain best-practice playbooks, onboarding guides, case studies, and enablement materials for startups and partners.
• Own and deliver against clear key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, community growth, event outcomes, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5+ years of professional experience in community management, partnerships, or ecosystem development, with at least 1.5 years working in the startup ecosystem.
• Proven ability to build and manage partnerships within the global AI and startup ecosystem.
• Experience developing and executing high-impact community programs, events, or partner initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the AI/startups landscape, including developer and founder needs.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, cloud computing, or developer tools.

• Established network in the global AI and startup ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience planning and delivering events.
• Experience in technology partnerships, developer advocacy, or customer enablement for cloud or AI/ML solutions.
