What you will do

• Research, plan, and execute events in Cyprus, UAE, Israel, and other markets.
• Source and negotiate with venues and vendors, including booth builders, AV teams, and merchandise producers.
• Manage all event logistics, from budgeting and production to on-site setup and delivery.
• Coordinate event marketing efforts, including landing pages, social media, and email campaigns.
• Oversee sponsorship activations and support speaking engagements with Business Development and Product teams.
• Maintain detailed event roadmaps, trackers, and documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing events in games, tech, or software industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong logistics, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
• Exceptional organizational ability with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively across teams and time zones.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Europe and neighboring regions.
• Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Google Workspace.
• Native Russian speaker.
