What you will do

  • Build lasting relationships with Swiss clients by understanding their trading goals and tailoring support.
  • Deliver timely market insights drawing on technical and fundamental analysis.
  • Own client issues end-to-end, coordinating with trading operations, compliance, and product teams.
  • Train new clients on platform features and trading tools to build confidence and loyalty.
  • Drive retention and reactivation through proactive, personalized engagement.
  • Hit monthly targets for client satisfaction, portfolio activity, and retention metrics.
  • Surface client feedback and insights to product and operations teams for platform evolution.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and/or German (Italian is a strong plus).
  • Strong understanding of CFD trading, financial markets, and risk (from hands-on trading or client-facing fintech roles).
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving ability to understand retention/churn drivers.
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal) for explaining, persuading, and de-escalating.
  • Demonstrated collaboration across functions (trading operations, compliance, product, sales).
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with an ownership mindset.
  • Comfortable with shift rotation (morning/afternoon) for global trading hours.

Nice to have

  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, client segmentation, and performance tracking.
