What you will do

Amplify Bauer Audio’s social and video content across platforms.
Optimize content for shareability and identify creative amplification opportunities aligned with brand tone.
Pitch content to entertainment, lifestyle, and music press, while growing journalist and influencer networks.
Collaborate with PR and internal communications teams to align messaging.
Build relationships with fan communities and online tastemakers.
Use social listening tools to analyze trends and deliver insight-driven recommendations for content and brand strategy.

Requirements

Proven experience in social amplification, digital PR, or audience growth, ideally within media, entertainment, or music.
Track record of amplifying digital content across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Strong understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and audience behavior.
Existing press contacts and experience earning media coverage.
Experience working with fan communities.
Skilled in social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Meltwater, CrowdTangle).
Deep understanding of pop culture, music, and entertainment.
