What you will do

• Act as the primary media contact, managing inquiries and distributing press releases.
• Develop and deliver internal communications, including town halls and newsletters.
• Create, curate, and amplify engaging content across all communication channels.
• Monitor and analyze digital and social media engagement for strategic insights.
• Plan and manage events to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of CSR and community partnership initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of PR best practices, including media relations and story pitching.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging internal and external communications.
• Experience as the first point of contact for media enquiries, handling requests confidently.
• Data-savvy in interpreting performance metrics to refine campaigns and demonstrate impact.
• Hands-on experience producing high-quality written, visual, and digital content and planning events.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
