What you will do

• Plan and deliver the communication roadmap for internal and external engagement.
• Deliver impactful industry and client research, insights, and content in partnership with the PR agency.
• Conceive brand campaigns across key customer verticals, plus employees and partners.
• Create and execute an executive advocacy program that complements the broader communications roadmap.

Requirements

• Content ideation and production across multiple formats.
• Able to own a long backlog of communication requirements, prioritizing for impact while balancing stakeholder expectations.
• Self-reliant with a collaborative approach.
• Process-minded and delivery-driven.
• Astute regarding the wider business strategy and the role brand, communications, and content play within it.

Nice to have

• Mastery of the nuances between digital and traditional media.
• Content creation that sometimes crosses boundaries between brand, demand generation, and thought leadership.
• Experience or a keen interest in public affairs / government relations within fintech.
• Confident public speaker.
