What you will do

• Manage and mentor the UX/UI team, developing their competencies.
• Determine and maintain the quality of in-game interfaces.
• Create a design document for the visuals of the updated UI.
• Describe and implement the interaction process between UI and related departments.
• Maintain documentation and write guidelines for UI.
• Develop a plan for the facelift of the existing interface and create a task scope.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a UX/UI team lead.
• Experience on a large-scale live game project.
• Strong UX/UI Skills: experience in creating effective and user-friendly interfaces.
• Expert-Level UI Skills: ability to create visually outstanding designs.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Figma.
• English: B2 required.
