TL;DR

Location: Flexible work format (office, remote, or hybrid), with a strong preference for candidates based in Ukraine due to required Ukrainian language proficiency.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of the full employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Lead and improve peer and performance review cycles.
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings to identify development opportunities and ensure engagement.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers on team structure and talent planning.
  • Drive improvements in internal HR processes with data-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR & Recruiting, preferably in fast-paced organizations.
  • Strong understanding and ability to implement best practices across the employee life cycle.
  • Proven experience leading performance review processes and supporting career growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confident in partnering with hiring managers to define talent needs.
  • Full professional proficiency in Ukrainian and at least an intermediate level of English required.
