What you will do

• Develop and implement local marketing strategies aligned with business goals and global brand positioning.
• Lead and manage a small team of marketing professionals, overseeing performance, resources, and budgets.
• Plan and optimize B2B and B2C digital campaigns across email, social media, SEO, SEA, and programmatic advertising.
• Maintain strong client relationships through consultative marketing support and bespoke campaign planning.
• Track and report on campaign performance to improve ROI and adjust strategies.
• Manage media and press relations to ensure positive brand representation.

Requirements

• Higher education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
• Expertise in marketing strategy, campaign execution, analytics, and reporting.
• Proven experience in team management and budget planning.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English (spoken and written).
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, email platforms, and social media tools.
