🚀 Senior Product Designer | Fintech / DeFi | Remote 🚀

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and optimize core product funnels for a next-generation crypto neobank built on Solana. You’ll design the experiences that move users from install → activation → card → top-up → first transaction → savings/borrow — and directly influence the most important business KPIs.

✔️ About the Role and the Project:
A premium crypto neobank built on Solana, offering the world’s first debit + credit card backed entirely by on-chain assets. Users can spend without selling crypto, activate Borrow Mode, top up accounts, earn via the savings hub, and upgrade to premium tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum).
Your mission: build and optimize product funnels that lift conversion at every step and make complex fintech mechanics feel effortless. This role blends data-driven UX, growth-centric design, and complex fintech systems translated into simple, intuitive user flows.

✔️ Key Responsibilities:
• Funnel Optimization (KPI-Driven UX). You will design and continuously improve conversion across all major steps:
Install → Registration → KYC → Card Issued → Activation → Top-Up → First Transaction → Savings Deposit / Borrow Mode
Expected impact: +15–40% conversion uplift through UX iterations, friction removal, and flow redesign.
• Deep analysis in Amplitude / Mixpanel: funnels, retention, user flows
• Identifying drop-off points and forming hypotheses
• Designing rapid A/B prototypes and validating decisions on real users
• Working closely with product and growth teams to prioritize optimizations
• Design flows that directly influence:
Add to Apple Pay / Google Pay rate
Top-Up Conversion
First Payment Rate
Savings Deposit Rate
Borrow Mode Activation
Subscription Conversion (Silver / Gold / Platinum tiers)
• Translate advanced fintech/crypto mechanics into clear, intuitive interfaces:
Borrow Mode (credit backed by Savings)
Direct Mode
USDC funding flows
LTV, APY, credit limits
On-chain ↔️ off-chain interactions
Risk-managed UX around compliance and onboarding

✔️ Key Qualifications:
• Experience in fintech or crypto products (neobank, broker, exchange, wallet)
• Work in a product team using hypothesis-driven cycles
• Real cases with measurable impact, e.g.:
– +30% KYC Completion
– +40% Add to Wallet
– +25% Top-Up Conversion
– −20% drop-off in payment flows
• Strong command of Amplitude / Mixpanel / GA4
• Deep understanding of mobile UX for iOS/Android
• Ability to design complex multi-step flows end-to-end
Nice to Have:
• Experience in Revolut, Nubank, N26, Cash App, Step, Phantom, Coinbase, etc.
• Strong knowledge of design systems and modern UI
• Skills in animation & micro-interactions
