What you will do
- Assist the LiveOps and Monetization team in planning and executing in-game events and offers.
- Configure and launch live content to ensure seamless player experiences.
- Analyze player journeys and funnels to identify optimization opportunities.
- Support the team by framing A/B test hypotheses and reporting on results.
- Create documentation, briefs, and reports to facilitate team communication and decision-making.
- Propose improvements to workflows and explore the use of AI tools in game operations.
Requirements
- Must be based in Helsinki and hold valid work authorization for Finland
- Ongoing studies in Business, Product, Economics, or a related field
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and metrics
- Strong organizational and clear communication skills
- Enthusiasm for games and interest in game design and monetization mechanics
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Experience with project coordination or event management
- Familiarity with mobile game KPIs (DAU, ARPU, retention) or A/B testing frameworks
- Knowledge of production/tracking tools like Jira, Linear, or Asana
- Interest in player psychology and game economies
