Salary: $143,500–$266,500 annual

• Understand customers’ custom IC design and simulation challenges.
• Guide customer design teams on methodology and flows to improve productivity.
• Resolve critical tool issues impacting project timelines, collaborating with product development.
• Support customers with custom design and simulation flows and solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations, training, and product demonstrations.
• Communicate customer requirements and feedback to engineering and marketing.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (California).
• Minimum 5-10+ years of practical hands-on experience in Custom IC Design and/or simulation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, planning, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and produce high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
• BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work with customers in the defense and aerospace industry with security requirements.
