• Lead the design of multiple medium-to-large scale projects, raising the bar for design across the team.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications that effectively communicate design intent and vision.
• Explore and implement innovative design solutions that leverage emerging patterns and AI.
• Leverage industry knowledge and strategic insights to guide and support work.
• Articulate design concepts and rationale through compelling presentations and narratives.
• Mentor and up level the craft of others, including senior and junior designers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design, preferably in large-scale products.
• A dazzling online portfolio that demonstrates strong user-centered design principles and mastery of craft.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful design solutions across large and complex products and platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to craft a vision for great customer experiences and inspire others to get behind the vision.
• Exceptional ability to analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams across functions.
