Sr. Staff Product Designer (Design Systems): Building and evolving the hirify.global Design System to create secure, trusted, and easy-to-use cryptocurrency products with an accent on optimal user journeys, scalable design patterns, and component documentation. Focus on iterating user experience, taking features from ideation to production, and collaborating daily with engineering, research, and product teams.

Location: Hybrid (US). In-person participation is required throughout the year for team and company-wide offsites.

Salary: $243,865–$286,900 USD

What you will do

• Iteratively improve user experience within a small team.
• Take new features from ideation through prototyping and user testing to production.
• Design simple and intuitive web and mobile experiences.
• Partner with the Design Systems team to document and define scalable design patterns and components.
• Participate in regular design reviews to seek and incorporate specific feedback.
• Execute on the product roadmap and help define product strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional Design experience, including 7+ years of Design Systems experience.
• Experience designing components and systems for consumer-facing web and mobile experiences.
• Excellence in UX thinking, visual design, and written communication.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with engineers, user researchers, and product teams.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Interest in crypto or financial products.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools like Figma Make, Vercel V0, and Cursor.
• Experience creating custom Figma plugins.
• Familiarity with MCP Servers for design systems.
• Visual and motion expertise, including prototyping design system components within product screens.
