Test Automation Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing strategies to validate software functionality and user experience.
• Create and execute automated test scripts, leveraging testing frameworks and tools for early defect detection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and contribute to acceptance criteria.
• Perform root cause analysis for identified defects and support their resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Stay informed of industry technology trends and contribute to technology communities.

Requirements

• Java development experience.
• Experience testing backend services and browser-based frontend.
• Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Experience with scripting (e.g., Python, Typescript, Powershell).
• Knowledge of cloud-based applications.
• Basic Linux knowledge.
