Location: Onsite at the modern office in Beyoğlu, Istanbul, Turkey

What you will do
- Generate innovative hyper-casual game ideas using accumulated knowledge and data.
- Manage the game development cycle from ideation through release.
- Develop proposals to continuously improve development processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong interest in games and user experience.
- Expertise in strategy and execution.
- 3+ years of experience in startups, gaming, technology, consulting, or similarly demanding high-paced environments.

- Knowledge of the gaming industry.
