Senior Product Manager (Healthcare SaaS)

Location: Istanbul, Turkey; candidates residing in Istanbul are preferred due to in-person collaboration requirements. Fully remote work opportunities are offered.

What you will do

• Support the product roadmap from concept through launch.
• Collaborate within an agile Scrum team and coordinate cross-team execution of new features and existing-product optimization.
• Partner with Design, UX Research, and Operations to improve customer experience.
• Communicate product updates and strategy to internal stakeholders and executives.
• Define, track, and communicate clear product success metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience with a strong passion for improving user experience.
• Experience building and launching interactive products.
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
• Creativity, drive, ability to navigate ambiguity, strong problem-solving skills, and a self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to motivate teams toward shared goals and support data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field.
• Excellent English skills in writing and speaking; candidates below an advanced level are eliminated from the process.
• Must reside in Istanbul.
