Product Manager (Healthcare SaaS)

Location: Istanbul, Turkey; candidates residing in Istanbul are required/preferred due to in-person collaboration requirements. Fully remote work opportunities are also offered.

What you will do

• Support the product roadmap from concept through launch.
• Collaborate within an agile Scrum team and coordinate cross-team execution of new features and existing-product optimization.
• Partner with Design, UX Research, and Operations to improve customer experience.
• Communicate product updates and strategy to internal stakeholders and executives.
• Define, track, and communicate clear product success metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a strong passion for improving user experience.
• Experience building and launching interactive products.
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
• Creativity, drive, ability to navigate ambiguity, strong problem-solving skills, and a self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; ability to work effectively across all levels.
• Curiosity and analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and motivate teams toward a shared goal.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field.
• Excellent written and spoken English; advanced English is required, and candidates below an advanced level are eliminated.
• Residing in Istanbul.
